Our informational role
World Axle publishes travel guides, suggested routes and planning inspiration. We do not currently sell travel bookings, package tours, accommodation, transportation tickets or reservations through this website. Because there is no direct consumer travel purchase from World Axle, there is ordinarily no World Axle booking to cancel or refund.
Third-party purchases
A guide may mention or link to an external airline, railway, hotel, tour operator, ticket platform or other provider. Any purchase you make with that provider is a separate transaction governed by its own price, cancellation and refund terms. Review those terms before paying. World Axle cannot cancel, modify or refund a third-party booking.
Changes to routes and services
Schedules, fares, entry rules, weather, strikes, closures and local conditions can change after a guide is published. A change does not create a right to compensation from World Axle. Confirm important details with the responsible provider or official authority.
User responsibility
You are responsible for checking names, dates, documents, transfer times, accessibility needs and provider rules before completing an external purchase. Keep booking references and communicate directly with the seller when plans change.
Future paid products
If World Axle later offers a paid digital product or direct service, the specific checkout terms will identify the seller, price, delivery method and applicable cancellation or refund rights. Those transaction-specific terms will supplement this policy.
Mistaken charges and contact
World Axle will never ask you to send payment for a hotel or transport booking through an informal message. If a statement shows a charge that appears to use our name, contact the payment provider promptly and send us a non-sensitive description through the Contact page so we can investigate possible misuse.
